Originally built in 1938 by Thornycroft & Company, charter yacht SHEMARA was requisitioned by the Navy during the World War II and served as an A/S vessel and later as a training vessel.
We are pleased to have worked with the Shemara team to help refit the yacht since 2014. This rebuild and restoration now boasts a mix of contemporary interior while retaining many of her stunning and historic original features. 64.7-metre SHEMARA has been so improved that she is now in her finest condition ever.
Recent additions for scaffolding include a large loading area including specialist beams to allow placing of new propeller shafts into the stern of the rear of the ship.
