Working near active railway infrastructure required close coordination with Network Rail to comply with safety regulations and to develop a comprehensive work plan. In addition to the railway considerations, we also had to align our works with a scheduled road closure to erect a bridging section across a busy market access road. This required precise timing and logistical planning to minimise disruption to local traffic and ensure a smooth operation. Our scaffolding solution allowed for safe access to the façade while simultaneously maintaining clear pathways for pedestrians and vehicles.
